All content, trademarks, logos, software, algorithms, machine learning models, and other intellectual property displayed on or used by the Ai Tools platform are the exclusive property of Siam Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by us without obligation to you. By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content in connection with the operation of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Siam Digital Solutions Co., Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to the Company during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the address provided below. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of Bangkok.
